Refund policy

All made-to-order apparel, accessories, home goods, and printed releases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, preference, or change of mind. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, materially misprinted, or different from what you ordered, reply to the order confirmation within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method.

Production can begin shortly after checkout. Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase and are not guaranteed once production begins.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
